Shopping in the online shop
This site does not sell products; sales are handled by Onlinezoo e. U. The online shop largely meets the above-mentioned legal requirements for an accessible user experience. An accessible customer service team is available via email, telephone and the contact form to answer any queries or provide advice. Key information, such as product descriptions, prices and delivery options, is available in easy-to-understand language and a structured format.
Further information on the conclusion of contracts (description of our services, explanations regarding the provision of our services) can be found at: https://www.onlinezoo.eu/informations/terms-conditions
